          How the values work

Per-game rate. Last season's points per game is the starting point. This season's per-game average is blended in, gaining weight with every game played. When sportsbooks have posted props for the player this week, the market-implied points take 55% of the rate, because the market already knows about the depth chart, the injury report and the matchup.

Weekly projection. This week uses the market number directly, or the actual points once his game is final. Later weeks use the rate. Byes count as zero, players ruled out count as zero this week, and players on IR are discounted for the rest of the year.

Value. For each remaining week, the points a player projects above the replacement level at his position, where replacement is the best player a league with your size and lineup leaves on waivers. The sum is his value. A backup who never beats a waiver pickup is worth close to nothing, which is why two decent players rarely buy one great one.

ROS rankings. The second bar prices the deal with our rest-of-season rankings: the same projection, moved by what thousands of public Sleeper redraft leagues actually pay in trades. When the two disagree by a lot, the tags flag it: Buy low means the projection expects more than leagues are paying, Sell high means leagues pay more than the projection supports.

Lineup impact. With a league linked, both rosters are replayed week by week and the best lineup is set each time. That catches what raw values miss: a trade that looks even can still fix a hole in your lineup or leave you short at a bye.
